About
This unit comprises ground floor and basement in a five-storey terrace property on Aberdeen’s main thoroughfare. The ground floor currently comprises an open plan area to the front and five separate treatment rooms to the rear, along with a separate office, staff facilities (including kitchenette) and both male and female toilets. The large basement also contains extra toilets, and, as the property has been a restaurant in the past, there is a canopy and extraction system in situ, where the kitchen used to be.
Location
This property is on the South side on Union Street, close to the Music Hall. Also situated close to the newly refurbished Aurora Aberdeen office building, companies include Ventex, True North Advisors and NES Fircroft. Local amenities include Co-op, Starbucks, Pret a Manger and Caffe Nero. Nearby businesses include Trailfinders, Amarone, Cruise, Gidi Grill, Cafe Andaluz and Soul Bar.
Aberdeen’s local buses all pass along, or across, Union Street, allowing easy access by public transport. Aberdeen’s Train and Bus Stations are both located on Guild Street, a ten minute walk away, which allows access for people living outside the city centre. The city centre has plenty of car parks, the closest being Chapel Street Multistory and Golden Square car park.
